What is KLOW?
KLOW is a research peptide blend that combines four distinct peptides into a single lyophilized vial:
- GHK-Cu (Copper Tripeptide) – 50 mg
- BPC-157 – 10 mg
- TB-500 – 10 mg
- KPV – 10 mg
The peptides remain separate molecules within the formulation—they do not form a new compound. KLOW itself is a research co-formulation rather than a single peptide.

Mechanism of Action
KLOW is designed to combine peptides that act through different biological pathways.
Researchers have investigated the individual components for roles in:
- GHK-Cu: Collagen synthesis, extracellular matrix remodeling, and gene expression related to tissue repair.
- BPC-157: Angiogenesis, tendon and ligament biology, and gastrointestinal tissue research.
- TB-500: Cell migration, cytoskeletal organization, and wound-healing processes.
- KPV: Anti-inflammatory signaling through modulation of pathways such as NF-κB and MAPK.
Because these mechanisms are complementary, the blend has been proposed as a broad tissue-repair research tool. However, the combination itself has not been evaluated in controlled clinical trials, so any synergistic effects remain hypothetical.
